Dino Tour Birthday Party Package Policy and Contract Terms
This package includes the following for 10 guests, 1 birthday child, and 2 parents for the base price of $299 + sales tax:
- Two hour decorated table rental in our event room
- One hour signature facility tour for the max 13 participants
- 3 Pizzas (2 cheese, 1 pepperoni)
- Goody bags for 10 guests and the birthday child
- Access to available games and entertainment in our event space
- Utensils and plates
- A refrigerator to store cake
- A water bottle for each guest
- A t-shirt for the birthday kid
- Designated party host/tour guide
- Billings Productions, Inc. staff will set up all decorations and clean up garbage and space
Additional guest prices:
$18 per additional Dino Tour Party Guest (includes pizza, tour, and goody bag)*
*up to a maximum of 25 can attend the tour. If you will have more than 25 tour participants, additional time will have to be purchased and the tour group will have to be separated. (Tour groups over 15 require a second guide and groups over 25 are best to be split into smaller groups for quality.)
$5 per additional Party Guest (includes pizza)**
**Each pizza feeds 3 – 5 people. The party package includes 3 pizzas which feeds 9 – 15 people. For big appetites, count each “foodie” as an additional Party Guest.
$21 per additional half hour of table rental time
Birthday Parties can be held Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and are subject to availability. Weekday parties may be booked but by special request. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate this birthday package during our business hours. Multiple bookings can occur, so we ask that you arrive and conclude your party as scheduled.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and let us know about any last-minute changes or accommodations. Our party package is 2 hours in length and you are paired with a designated party host. Generally, we try to start tours on the hour so you can maximize your table rental time. Upon arrival of all tour participants, and the completion of tour waivers, we will start with the tour which takes about an hour. You must abide to the tour rules and listen to your tour guide. Participants who do not follow rules, or guidance of the tour guide, will be asked to leave without a refund. This is a private tour and you can expect to only be paired with members of your party. We will provide a water bottle before the tour and happily refill it at any time. Pizza arrives about 45 minutes into the start of the party and we can serve your guests. When you are ready, we can serve the cake. Any remaining time, you’re welcome to explore the event room, open presents, or have your own entertainment (please let us know in advance so we can accommodate the space). About 10 minutes until the party is over, we will start handing out the goody bags. At this time, we will collect the remaining balance for the party. Any charges incurred will be added to this final payment. Tips for your designated party host can be added to the remaining balance. As reminder, tips are not expected but greatly appreciated. If you have not concluded your party from the table by the agreed upon end time, you will be charged an additional $21.00 (not including sales tax) and receive an extra 30 minutes of table rental time. You will be continually charged each half hour over your end time.
Bookings are made over the phone or completed on-site in-person. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due at the end of the party. If you need to reschedule your party, we ask you give us at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit is transferrable.
You are free to bring your own beverages, snack items, and other party items. If you have something that needs extra space, please let us know first.
