While Billings Productions is best known for our incredible dinosaurs, we care greatly about the educational value of what we do. With our educational outreach program, we bring the fun of learning to your doorstep. Whether you are a school, library, summer camp, or senior group, our presentations combine fascinating facts, hands-on activities, and unforgettable encounters for audiences of all ages.

What You'll Experience
Educational Presentation

Visual display to engage any audience. We tailor the pre-made presentation to cater to any age, grade, or understanding level.

Meet Cece, our 9-foot-long, 3-foot-tall static Coelophysis. She is a calm alternative to our big animatronics, and don’t worry, she doesn’t bite; she only eats candy! You’ll also meet Cera, our adorable baby triceratops puppet, who is as cuddly as she is cute. Yes, you can hold her!
Hands-On Learning

Touch real and replica fossils, examine parts from our animatronic creatures such as faux fur, feathers, skin, eyes, claws, and teeth, and explore activity sheets designed to match your audience’s interests.
Interactive Fun

Our dino educators customize every presentation to fit your group. We are ready for energetic little ones, as well as any curious minds who can’t wait to raise their hands!

Policies & Pricing
Standard Program Schedule (Estimates)

35 minutes: Educational presentation tailored to your chosen topics
10 minutes: Q&A and audience interaction
15 minutes: Touch table and dinosaur time

Base Package Pricing

$500 for up to 75 attendees
Includes 2 educators, one hour program, basic set up and supplies (listed under Included Materials)

Pricing includes local travel (25 miles from Frisco HQ)

Additional mileage fees may apply for locations outside our standard radius

Additional mileage is billed at $0.75/mile, round trip, for any distance beyond the included 25 miles
Upgrades & Larger Package Options

$100 for each additional 50 attendees (extra supplies and additional educators added)

$350 for a second session (only for the same location)

Animatronic version of Cece* may be available by request

A/V Equipment add-ons

$50 flat fee (includes basic projector + screen setup)

$75 premium fee (if setup is in a gym, outdoors, or needs power extensions/audio hookup)

General Policies​

A non-refundable $200 dollar deposit is required in order to book an Educational Program.
​

This deposit will go towards the total cost of the presentation (If the presentation is $500, the deposit will be $200, only leaving a remaining balance of $300)

Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is issued, and a confirmation email is received.
​

If the payment is not received within 5 business days, we will charge an additional flat $50 fee for standard bookings. For larger packages, a 10% late fee applies after 5 business days. For all packages, an additional 5% will be added for every 30 days past due.

The booking inquiry must be sent 30 days before the preferred service date
