There’s nothing quite like stepping off the IAAPA escalator into a wonderland of coasters, candy-colored sets, and pure possibility. Orlando brought the sparkle this year, and Booth #1988 became our little jungle nook of magic—complete with our mini dino mascot Sunny the parasaurolophus, stacks of creature sketches, and our favorite reminder on the wall: BUILD THE IMPOSSIBLE.

What Filled Our Cup
People. We’re a relationship-first studio, so the best part of IAAPA is always the conversations—swapping ideas with parks, FECs, zoos, aquariums, and vendors who are just as obsessed with guest joy as we are. We listened, took notes, and traded tips on what’s working on the floor, in the queue, and out in the weather.
Tiny Booth, Big Topics
Durability & Serviceability: Texas-built animatronics, accessible components, and maintenance that’s measured in minutes—not months.
Immersion on a Budget: Modular sets and interactive pieces that turn the same footprint into five different stories.
Sensory-Friendly Touchpoints: Tactile pieces, softer lighting, and sensory pieces for families who need gentler thrills.
Education + Play: Ways to sneak learning into laughter for museums, science centers, and animal parks.

Floor Moments We Loved
That towering gingerbread house and storybook tree—instant holiday spirit.
A swirl of retro ride models and kinetic prototypes that reminded us how movement alone can tell a story.
Interactive booths where guests became the show (yes, we took our turn, and yes, we cackled).
Why We Come Back
IAAPA is where napkin sketches meet real timelines. It’s where a “what if” becomes a plan because a designer, an operator, a fabricator, and a dreamer are standing in the same ten-by-ten, answering each other in real time. That’s our favorite kind of magic.
The seminars also allow us learn with the educational tracks. From leadership dynamics to creating better immersive storytelling through our pieces. These are tips and tricks we can pass onto our clients, allowing our impact to be bolder and more interactive throughout the years to come.

Thank You, IAAPA!
To everyone who stopped by #1988, waved from the aisle, or shared a quick coffee—thank you. Your questions shape our next builds, your challenges sharpen our engineering, and your mission keeps us grounded: create wonder that welcomes everyone.
If we missed each other in the swirl, reach out. We’d love to keep the conversation going—brainstorm a seasonal overlay, talk service plans, or just trade “favorite moment on the floor” stories.

Built in Texas. Crafted with care. Made to spark wonder. 🦖✨
