🦖 Garage Sale of the Century

Updated: Aug 11

420 Century Pkwy, Allen, TX—that is.

Strategic Downsizing with Style

ree

Hey, remember how we said we’re stepping away from customer-facing events so we can focus on building something better? Well—this is the cleanup phase. And lucky for you, that means deals.

We’re hosting a massive garage sale, and this isn’t your average neighborhood clean-out. Since we’ve stepped away from tours, events, and our community space, we’re finally letting go of all the extra stuff that came with it—decor, supplies, and years of quirky finds we picked up along the way.

We’re talking décor, crafts, toys, failed art projects, and all the extra storage that came with housing it all.

On top of snagging discounted treasures, this is a rare chance to grab real props from Billings Productions—items that will never be made again. We’ve had people literally dumpster dive for this stuff. (Seriously.)

Bottom line? There’s something here for everyone. Come see what you’ll find.

What You’ll Find (High-Level Categories)

After the final field trip in June, we made a mad dash to get everything we curated on the tables and this is what we found we had:

Seasonal Holiday Decor (Someone really loves Christmas)

Craft Materials (teachers Unite, we’re your surplus store)

ree

Office utility items

ree

Event Tables & Chairs (all 6 foot round tables cannot be taken until EOD 7/12- only exception to holds rule)

ree

Toys

ree

Niche-y dinosaur items

ree

And a bunch of other random stuff like this (and in no particular order)

Plants, fabric, filing cabinets, bowls, a pancake maker, hairdryers, books, coke bottles, decanters, cornhole sets, air brushes, hairbands, room dividers, gems, rocks, hats, Halloween costumes, Christmas trees, ornaments, a fog machine, wreathes, blank t-shirts, mannequins, vases, puzzles, picture frames, clothespins, a Dallas Cowboys water cooler, garlands, and so many other things that we have collected for 5 years that’s ridiculous.

What This Sale Is (and Isn’t)

We are not offering tours—really. Our staff has already been reassigned, and the warehouse is officially closed to the public. For everyone’s safety, unauthorized access will be treated as trespassing. Let’s keep it respectful and simple.

If you represent a nonprofit, we love that! Please fill out our nomination form instead—we’ve pre-selected donation partners, but we’re open to suggestions.

No, this is not a warehouse liquidation sale. This is a creative studio gear and specialty pieces.
